The Fairisle Christmas jumper – in action

Those of you who are kind enough to read my blog frequently will know how much time and effort went into my godson Isaac’s Christmas jumper. I gave it to him for his birthday on November 21st so he could wear it for a lot of the festive season. My friend Helen, his Mum, just sent me these pictures of him wearing it!Β ImageImageIt is a little big for him so I’m hoping it’ll last two years. And the second picture shows the colour work jog perfectly πŸ˜‰ but more importantly than all of that, how cute is he?! I love the expression on his face in the black & white photo.Β

It is SO nice to see it being worn.

The photos were taken by Victoria Ashman of http://www.victoriaashmanphotography.co.uk and posted with the permission of Isaac’s mother.

  1. Oh my gosh the hours that must have gone into that beautiful jumper, I can’t even imagine. It – and he – are both gorgeous! πŸ™‚

  2. Worth all the effort! It is perfect. I hope you are feeling VERY proud of this. And your godson is adorable. His mum must have thought a lot of the jumper too, to have him photographed in it like that.
