Free form crochet at Sydney Customs House

During a day out sightseeing in Sydney (in the pouring rain!) we went into the Customs House to see the underfloor 3D city map and discovered this amazing free form crochet artwork designed to draw attention to Earth Hour and the fragility of the Great Barrier Reef. It was amazing and Mum and I really enjoyed looking at it. I’m not sure D quite believed me when I said I didn’t know it was there!! It was crocheted by 350 people and took a team 3 days to assemble.
