7.51am Westbury – London Paddington:
15.06 London Paddington – Westbury (in 1st class! I treated myself because the train was packed with people off to The Glastonbury Festival!)
And from when I got home, here’s an update picture of the tablecloth. ๐
As I said on a Twitter, definitely a better class of crochet! (It is lovely, seriously.)

It’s annoyingly not quite flat. The problem with going freestyle! Those extra stitches have created quite a pretty frill, if the table was eight inches across. However we press on!

it’s awfully pretty – and good on you with a first class treat! Fun to travel in style – or at least with space, once in a while.

Beautiful. Love the soft colors. Will you let the frills stay or will you try to work them out?

They stay. I’m waaaaay too lazy to try & work the maths out to get rid of them! I suspect with blocking it will lie flat. And if it doesn’t, well I’ll have to turn it into a shawl or something!

What is the yarn? It seems to have a nice clean look about it.

The natural is Rico Classic Cotton which is quite matt and the yellow & pink are Sublime cotton which is quite shiny.

Thanks. I need to purchase some cotton for the rest of my amigurumi.

The Sublime is fab. Recommended. And not too expensive.

Still loving the softness of the colours, so pretty. Don’t blame you for treating yourself to 1st class on the train, good call.
