It is Mollie’s 8th birthday today and after a busy day, which included her spending the morning at the special educational needs school where she’s the visiting dog, and an evening back at the school for parents evening, I walked home with her across the fields. She had a lovely time in the grass. It was bright sunshine but also spitting in the wind. Perfect rainbow weather, but I couldn’t believe it when I turned the corner behind Ley Vale (a housing estate) and saw this incredible double rainbow. The bottom one was so bright and so vibrant it looked painted.
