Oh and another doily!

So I *might* have ordered a job lot of Rico from Deramores. I just love their Cotton Essentials! 
 
I also bought a couple of balls of Katia Jaipur, which is a mercerised cotton. My niece recently confessed that her favourite shawl is the blues Jaipur one I made last year. So, I will make her another!  

Gorgeous isn’t it?!

My plan was to make my auntie a set of table mats using the Starflower Mandala pattern by Zooty Owl.  

    
    
    
 Yes that last picture is wrong side up!! Unfortunately it’s coming up too large. So I’m going to gift this to a friend and find another pattern for my aunt’s table mats. 

Can you tell I’m loving these bloomin’ things? Just don’t call them mandalas. I will cry.
